Warrenty
there are inherent risks when dealing with
We are pleased to offer a re-repair, at no cost to the customer, for any repairs that were not preventative.
What's covered
All chip repairs up to and including the diameter of a "Toonie" are covered under our Lifetime Service Warranty. Crack Repairs or Crack Stop Repairs, however, are not.
Windshield Crack Repairs are something we are highly capable of but do not offer a guarantee on this service.
Why repairs may fail
There are many variables that a windshield may encounter before and after the service is completed, as windshields never stop expanding and contracting with heat and cold or flexing in wind and/or driving conditions. It is normal in some cases for rock chips to expand during the repair at no fault of the technician. There are inherent risks when dealing with glass where you have a chip, you have a crack, you have a hairline crack, and you have a micro hairline crack that may be present that is not observable to the naked eye during the repair. If a repaired chip or crack does not hold or prevent further damage to the windshield, it is likely a cause of one of these variables.
It is extremely rare, yet unavoidable, that a repair will sometimes not hold. This is not a technical error but an inescapable hazard involved in windshield repair. By using our service, if the customer is not charged for the repair or a refund is made, then the company is not held responsible for any other future liability or damage caused by the crack continuing to propagate. The company will offer to re-repair the crack as required to keep the customer happy.
Historically, failure rates are less than 0.003% of all repairs performed.
What we'll do to fix it
We will refund the entire amount of your invoice on all repairs that do not hold, resulting in a crackout or repair failure.
We refund to card used to make purchase, or by cheque if paid in cash.

I guarantee our work will never spread. When you sell the automobile please pass my contact information to the new owners.
In the rare event that my work fails I charge $63 for a travel fee to evaluate it and if it is required to be retouched up then there is no charge. A travel fee is waived if customer tracks me down. I repair the first 8 inches for free and after that the customer pays $10 - $13 per inch.
